Dental Patient Information – Brock, TX
Know the Basics
Before Your Appointment
We always put our patients first at Brock Family Dental, where we are famed for the level of customer service that we provide. We look forward to helping you and your loved ones enjoy lifelong smiles, but before you arrive, we suggest that you take the time to confirm that you’re ready for your visit. Please review the information on this page and contact us directly if you have any questions that are not covered here.
Your First Dental Visit
During your initial appointment, we’ll spend some time getting to know you and learning more about your dental health history. Once you have checked in with us at the front desk, you’ll relax in our waiting room until we’re ready to take you back to the treatment area. After taking the necessary X-rays and asking a few questions, we’ll examine your teeth and identify any oral health issues that might require follow-up treatments. We’ll then put together a treatment plan for you based on what we’ve determined your dental needs to be.
New Patient Forms
You don’t have to wait until the day of your appointment to complete your paperwork. Instead, you can print them out so that you can hand them over to us right away during check-in. This will save you a lot of time on the actual day of your dental visit.
Insurance & Financing
We take many different insurance plans at our office. Your coverage will be slightly different depending on which plan you have, so don’t be afraid to call with your policy information so that we can go over your benefits with you. When the time comes to pay, you may use a cash, check, or credit card; we take American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
CareCredit Financing Available
Our dental practice has partnered with CareCredit so that our patients have access to third-party financing for procedures that aren’t covered under insurance. CareCredit breaks up the cost of care into more manageable installments. Apply today using the link below or ask us about CareCredit at your next appointment.
Post-Operative Instructions
Some procedures take time to recover from. We’ll go over the necessary steps you’ll need to follow in-person, of course, but you can start preparing yourself ahead of time by clicking the link below and downloading our post-operative instructions. It should be noted that these instructions apply to very general cases. Certain patients might need to follow additional steps based on their circumstances and the state of their health. Of course, you can always call our office if you’re unsure of what to do.

Online Payments
You do not have to pay the full cost of your care on the day of your appointment; with our online payment option, you can now view and pay your bill from the comfort of your own home. We hope that this takes some of the stress out of paying for dental care. We realize that many patients are likely to still have questions about the process, so please let us know if there’s something you want to know or if you’re having trouble.
